About the role We run a large portfolio of in-person and virtual events for M&A dealmakers across several regions and are looking for a freelance Marketing Operations Analyst to join the Field Marketing and Demand Generation team and be the person who knows what is going on across our events, catches problems before they become problems, and keeps our boards, channels and communications accurate and up to date
You will work closely with the Demand Generation Lead and the wider events and Board team
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes order, enjoys spotting what others miss, and does not wait to be told what to do next
What you will do - Events audit: review the event portfolio on a recurring basis, check boards, checklists, channels and canvases, and flag operational errors, missing information and risks early. - Monday.com operations: operationalize our events board, keep items, statuses and dates consistent, and help automate repetitive steps such as closing event channels. - Event communication: keep event canvases current and send a weekly update to event channels covering what is open and what was resolved. - Research: maintain a competitor events table and research key conferences for our ICP in our main markets, with a short weekly summary of what you find. - Growth and copy for Newsletters: support our newsletter growth initiatives (job posts, interviews, email marketing, career sequences) and create sales enablement content. - Marketing ops tooling: work with Apollo, Amplemarket, Monday, Slack, Claude and ChatGPT to speed up the team’s work and improve how we operate
What we are looking for - Attention to detail : you notice the wrong date, the duplicate row and the missing link, and you care about getting it right. - Critical thinking : you question the data, connect the dots and explain why something matters, not only what happened. - Proactivity : you raise issues and propose fixes without waiting to be asked. - Dedication : you are reliable, you follow things through to the end, and you meet your deadlines. - B2B and ABM marketing knowledge: you understand the funnel (MQL, SQL, pipeline), how account-based marketing works, and how marketing activities support sales
Professional English: strong written and spoken English
You will communicate daily with a global team. - Copywriting : you can write clear, concise and natural copy for emails, announcements and internal updates
Nice to have - Experience with events (planning, field marketing or event operations). - Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Apollo, Amplemarket or similar sales and marketing tools. - Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work
